Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order food from On The Bun, whether for collection from the van or as an office lunch drop.
Orders
- All food is freshly cooked to order and subject to availability.
- We may close ordering or mark items as sold out at any time.
- Each office drop has a cut-off time. After that, that drop can no longer be booked — customers choose a later available time instead.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown at the point of order and include VAT where applicable.
- Online orders are paid at checkout through our secure payment provider.
Collection and delivery
For collection, please arrive at the van at your chosen time. For office drops, we deliver to the agreed reception point at the scheduled time. Times are estimates and may vary at busy periods.
Cancellations and refunds
As food is cooked fresh to order, please contact us as soon as possible on 07879 633207 if there is a problem with your order and we will do our best to put it right.
Allergens
Please tell us about any allergies before ordering. Our food is prepared in a small van where allergens are present, so we cannot guarantee dishes are free from any specific allergen.
