Do you deliver to offices?

Yes — we deliver scheduled lunch drops to offices we've set up nearby. Each drop shows an Order by time — finish ordering before then, then collect from reception with your colleagues.

Online orders are paid securely by card through our checkout. If you order in person at the van, we also accept cash.

Can you cater for allergies or dietary requirements?

We cook everything fresh in a compact van, so we can't guarantee any dish is completely free from cross-contamination. Full allergen information for every item is on our Allergens page — please tell us about any allergy before you order.

Do you have vegetarian options?

Yes — our menu includes vegetarian burgers, and every item is clearly marked so you can filter for vegetarian choices when ordering.

What happens if an item is sold out?

Accepted Answer

Because everything is cooked fresh, a popular item can occasionally sell out for the day. Sold-out items are clearly marked on the menu and will be back on the list once we're stocked up again.

Can I change or cancel my order after paying?

Call or email us as soon as you can. If we haven't started cooking for your slot, we can usually cancel and refund. Once cooking has started, we generally can't refund for a change of mind — see our Refund policy.
